The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the walk to the beach was close by and easy. Salinas Park as well as a local bar/eatery was within walking distance. The inside of the property was awesome with comfortable beds, clean interiors, and a well-stocked kitchen. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there were some maintenance issues such as a sink not draining well, light in shower not working, and exterior areas that needed cleaning/maintenance (front porch, outdoor grill, chairs around firepit). Also note: there are 3 bathrooms, not 2, as listed in VRBO.
