The host was great. There is a nice pond outback if you fish. There is some road noise and it could use some black out shades in the master. This condo was much better stocked with spices, coffee, and good utensils compared to where we usually stayed. Great choice for us. Quiet, calm, laid back. Beautiful and clean condo. Wendy responded quickly when we needed help at the condo. Very helpful owner. Place is well equipped with many items you may need. Condo is across the highway from the beach. Very close walk. The beach area was clean with sugary sand. Several food trucks and a few restaurant's close by. There is a small local market that had a surprisingly amount of food items. She went above and beyond with her availability! Everyone we met here was super friendly! Loved the area! But- a few things I would remember before coming here..you must drive to find a place to eat. There's not much here right now.. We loved going to Pt.St.Joe!! Mango Marley's is local but way overpriced for the small portions and not tasty. The little shops are quaint and fun to go in.. However, we waited about 50 minutes for coffee at the little coffee shop. (They were trying their best but it was so crowded due to nowhere else to go.) We love the beach equipment, but it might be time to update/repair some of the items- tent, cooler, chairs. The guest bath might need some TLC soon, too. The tub would not drain and it was filling up during showers. These are all just minor suggestions that would not make or break a vacation..just worth mentioning.
