As you enter the home, you`ll be welcomed by a spacious foyer that leads into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cooking essentials, a toaster, single-cup Keurig coffee maker, and a kitchen island with additional bar stool seating, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together after a day of exploring the coast.
The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and living room, creating a welcoming space for meals, games, and conversation. The living room features a Smart TV, comfortable sleeper sofa, and two accent chairs, providing plenty of seating for the whole group.
Just off the living area, step outside to the private patio where you`ll find a grill, two chairs, and a small table overlooking a peaceful water feature. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.
A convenient half bathroom is located on the main level.
The garage serves as a recreation and storage area and is not available for vehicle parking. Here you`ll find beach essentials to help make your stay easier, including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, bicycles, foosball table, and two arcade games that guests of all ages can enjoy.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for a restful night`s sleep.

Parking is available at the townhome; however, the garage is reserved for guest recreation and beach equipment storage and is not available for vehicle parking.
For local adventures, guests may enjoy biking the surrounding area using the four beach cruiser bicycles provided during their stay.

• Active construction may be present within the surrounding neighborhood as the area continues to grow and develop. Construction activity is outside of our control and may occur during normal daytime working hours.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or on the property.
