This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom and 4 ½ bath townhome has it all; direct beach access via the community’s private boardwalk, a large community pool and plenty of space for the entire family! This beach home has over 2,500 square feet of living space complete with a private garage for parking and storing your beach toys. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are masters with king beds and private balconies with seating to enjoy views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets. This home comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. There is an elevator in the home making it easy to carry groceries to the top floor living area. The entire home is nicely furnished and well equipped for a week on the beach. Beach Bummin’ is also just minutes away from St. Joe Peninsula State Park where you can go biking, fishing, scalloping, and much more! Reviewer Comments: The condo was well set up, clean and tidy. All the kitchen tools you need for feeding a large family. Use of The elevator was a godsend, as groceries had to go up to the top floor, and stairs were not an option for our older family members. We opted not to use the gas grill as it needed cleaning. Note at the pool: be very careful walking. The non stick pots and pans are pealing. The elevator worked well for our disabled child. The state park has a free motorized beach wheelchair. The provided beach umbrellas and chairs were helpful.
