This 2023 build on the north end of Cape San Blas will wow you with its spectacular gathering spaces and huge fenced yard with a private luxury inground pool! This home was built with large groups in mind and boasts two dining tables, two refrigerators, large commercial ice maker, a living room and a large family/game room complete with arcade and TV. The built-in bunk beds are queen sized and all bedrooms are ensuites. The private gated boardwalk extends all the way to the beach for easy access to the gulf where you will be “Sippin’ Sunsets”! Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. This home sets only a short walk from the Tradin’ Post and Scallop Cove convenience stores. The TH Stone Memorial State Park and all its untouched tropical nature is just three miles north (a short bike or car ride). The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina. We loved hanging out at the pool in the late afternoon after spending the day at the beach, and I especially loved the gas firepit. Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals and the beds were super comfortable after a long day. Donna was very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this house.
