About this property

Newly Renovated! Gulf Views! DRIFT on Indian Pass

  • Summary:

Welcome to your happy place on Florida’s Forgotten Coast — where the beaches are wide, the crowds are nonexistent, and the Gulf is basically your neighbor.

This newly renovated, first-tier beach home in Indian Pass delivers unobstructed Gulf views, designer finishes, and the kind of laid-back luxury that makes you instantly exhale. It’s stylish, spacious, and designed for people who want their vacation to feel easy — and a little indulgent

    The Space:

This isn’t your typical beach rental. It’s bright, elegant, and made for connection.

-Two dreamy king bedrooms with Gulf views.

    -Two spa-inspired bathrooms

-Huge open-concept living space with natural light everywhere

-Massive kitchen island for coffee mornings, charcuterie nights, and everything in between

-GE Café high-end appliances for guests who actually like to cook (or just want a gorgeous kitchen)

-Coastal design that feels refined, relaxed, and never overdone

    And the view?

The empty lot in front means clear Gulf views — so you get that “is this Gulf-front?” feeling without the cost

POOL COMING JUNE 2026!!!! (rate will reflect this timeline)

A private pool is currently being added and scheduled for completion by June — just in time for summer.

    Picture this:

    Morning swims.

    Midday lounging.

    Golden hour cocktails.

Indian Pass homes with Gulf views + a private pool are rare — this one’s about to be a standout..

    The Neighborhood:

Why Everyone Falls in Love with Indian Pass...

Indian Pass is one of those places people gatekeep — quiet, charming, and beautifully untouched.

Once a historic coastal passageway tied to Apalachicola’s early maritime days, today it’s known for:

    Uncrowded beaches

    Unreal sunsets

    Shelling, fishing, and wildlife

A pace that invites you to slow down and stay awhile

This is Old Florida in the best way — peaceful, authentic, and refreshingly low-key.

    Getting Around:

Close to Everything (But Feels Like Nowhere)

You get privacy and options — the best of both worlds.

-Apalachicola (15 min) – Fresh oysters, charming shops, art galleries, and historic streets

-Cape San Blas (10 min) – White sand beaches, bike paths, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and iconic sunsets

-Port St. Joe (15 min) – Restaurants, live music, shopping, marina fun, and family-friendly vibes

-St. George Island (30 min) – Laid-back island life, award-winning beaches, bike trails, and postcard-perfect views

-Mexico Beach (25 min) – Classic beach town vibes, sugar-white sand, and casual waterfront dining

Explore all day — then come home to quiet, uncrowded Indian Pass.

House was clean and beautiful! Short little walk to the beach and not a far drive from some great seafood restaurants!

The house was perfect for our group of 4 and having a private pool was very nice! The host was very helpful by noting some of the restaurants and other things in the area. There are not that many places to eat really close by, but there were more choices in a 30 minute drive. The beach wasn’t crowded. The younger ones in our group prefer a little more to do.Renting a golf cart and riding it on the beach and hauling all the beach gear was a big plus! We even got to see a sea turtle!
