If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book. Golf cart: N/A Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. So close to the beach, we watched fireworks on the beach our last night there, they was amazing. I love that the beaches are dog friendly. It was our first time in the port st Joe area and we really enjoyed the beach and the area. The house was perfect for our needs. If had plenty of space and was very nicely decorated. We mostly loved the completely private property. It was so nice to have so much privacy, especially with our dogs. The property was clean and very nice. The dogs loved the back yard and having complete privacy. We loved that it was only a short walk to the beach. Also loved having a garage to store our beach cart in after a long day at the beach. This house was perfect for our needs. It was super clean and modern. House was nice but layout was inconvenient at times. Main bathroom connects house to the garage. Gates have latches on the inside and outside which, at times, made it frustrating when people are coming/going. TV on the porch wasn't working and the grill is charcoal, I was told it was supplied gas. Not huge issues but those are the reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars. Thanks! ##### Bob D.
