Parking: 4-5 vehicles, boat parking allowed Pet friendly: This home is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs (40lb maximum weight limit). If you choose to bring a pet, an additional charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book. Golf cart: No Linens and supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties include beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year. Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Monthly rentals: Not available. Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. We have dogs that love walks on the beach, and this home made walking with them so easy! It also was a bonus that we were so close to Richey’s as they have the best burgers in the area! The home was super clean and had everything we needed! The carpet in the master had some stains, but it smelled clean and I’m sure that carpet is something the owners will replace over time. The kitchen had everything we needed and the layout of the bedrooms is great for a large family! That said, if you have the amount of people the home sleeps (maybe 12?) you will be crowded in the living room as there is just a couch and 2 chairs. But who needs tv when the beach is steps outside your door! The backyard is private and we enjoyed many evenings on the covered back porch. They had plenty of towels for each bath and a good supply of all starter items in laundry, bath ,kitchen. We had a small issue with the AC not cooling very well and the management sent someone out promptly to check it. The only issue we had is the living room furniture. It is very sparse, only having an outdoor type sofa that is not comfortable at all for sitting and watching TV. I feel a house that offers week stays for 10-11 people should invest in some more substantial seating. Otherwise it is a great house in a great location with very easy beach access. ##### Kristan D. It was an oversized decorative twin size couch. AC has difficulty cooling the additional rooms that are near the garage. When I called about it, I was told I would be charged if a service call was made to check the AC. I was shocked that as the guest I would have to pay for that. We decided to just deal with it and bought a fan to help cool the additional rooms. However, we enjoyed our stay and the location! Nice home that was very clean.
