  • Joan’s Retreat is a quiet, relaxing place with a complete fenced in yard for your pets to play and be safe. A large outdoor shower, large patio, and covered parking area for your car and boat is available. Inside this new home, you will find a soaking tub in the master bathroom, a coffee station with enough supplies to get you started, a large 65” smart TV, and many other amenities. Many pieces of art and artifacts are here for your enjoyment. The beach is only 2 1/2 blocks away.
