Gulf View, Mexico Beach Condo, Community Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna ~ Summerhouse

  • Condo living at its finest at Summerhouse in Mexico Beach. This 2 BR/2BA condo, unit 203, is located on the 2nd floor just a couple of doors down from the community pool, hot tub and sauna. Access to this floor is easy using the elevator. This particular unit is situated in the perfect spot to maximize the gorgeous, unobstructed gulf views directly across the street. You can enjoy such views from the spacious, furnished balcony stretching across the front of the building.

    A little housekeeping business for the property: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed.  Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways.  Also, pets are not welcome on site.

    *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
