Sleeps 14 in Beds & 2 on a pull out sleeper sofa (Max guests 16). Located directly on the beach; no busy road to cross! This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and one large kitchen and living space, everyone will have enough space to spread out. Just walk out the door, and paradise awaits. The property boasts HDTVs with Rokus throughout the home, live channels via YouTube TV, as well as high speed wifi that is perfect for streaming. Everything you need to serve 16 people is available including dishes, flatware, and glassware. A full set of cookware (including large pots for crowds) and utensils are also provided. There is a drip and Keurig coffee maker; bring your own favorite coffee and filters. No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own home instead of just a hotel room! The lower and upper decks provide amazing views of the Gulf, outdoor seating is available to enjoy the scenery. On the ground level, there is a BBQ grill and an outside shower which helps to keep salt & sand outside the home. The spacious dining table and fully equipped kitchen were particularly noteworthy. The rooms were roomy, the bathrooms were ample, and the sunset views were truly breathtaking. Additionally, the availability of sufficient beach chairs for our family and extras for a neighboring residence was appreciated. A practical suggestion for future visitors would be to have a bucket of water and a towel at each entrance to manage sandy footwear. The beach view walking into the main floor is stunning. Being able to walk down the steps and be on the beach is worth the price. A Wave From It All was the perfect home to accommodate our large family. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. We enjoyed bringing in fresh shrimp from a local seafood spot and picked up a few items and beverages at the general store. The property was very clean upon our arrival; beds were super comfortable and all furnishings looked brand new! Patrick answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The location is incredibly convenient. The deck is steps from the beach and the ocean. It’s so easy for someone to run up to the house and grab anything you need. It was easy to run up and check on our dogs. The dog friendly beach in Cape San Blas is a wonderful addition! The number of bedrooms and full/queen/king size beds was perfect for our group.
