The views are as if you are sitting in the water out some of the windows. Everything is new. There is so much space. You are right on the beach. The one thing that would be a helpful addition is a book of some sort available with all the pertinent information a guest might need - elevator instructions, wifi, etc. There were a few issues that needed to be tweaked because it was so new but nothing major. The property managers were very responsive and came out to deal with elevator issues on a major holiday so no complaints there at all. We loved it! ##### Beverly M.
