The bathroom door hinges were so loose that we had to pick the door up to get it to close (a chore every time our young child needed to use the restroom). The TVs in the house are clearly old/abused because they were malfunctioning, and there isn't a TV in the spare room, so our child had to use a device for sound/light because she was in an unfamiliar place. The ramp was a nice feature, but the furniture on the porch would make it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair without moving the furniture around. Additionally, the house did not feel as if it had been cleaned well. There was already sand in the beds and the floors turned our feet black quickly. There wasn't any extra sheets either, so when we had a diaper malfunction at night, we had to figure out something to cover the beds. The dock in the back was a nice addition. We enjoyed going out there in the evenings. Personally, the price of the house didn't match the quality. ##### Katie V.
