This home is the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway for up to 10 guests. The bright, open-plan interior is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main floor features a gourmet kitchen and a cozy living room, ideal for gathering after a day at the beach. Key Features: \* Private heated pool with a shallow round pool for the kids. \* Three levels of decks for sunbathing and dining. \* A picturesque crow\`s nest with stunning 360-degree views of the sunrise over the bay and sunset over the Gulf. \* Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10): \* Master Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom. \* Master Bedroom 2: King bed with en-suite bathroom. \* Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunk beds. \* Crow\`s Nest Loft: Twin daybed. Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes: \* The entire 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. \* Private heated pool. Pool heat is provided at an additional cost \* All three levels of decks and the crow\`s nest. \* Access to the community dock located just across the street, perfect for fishing or launching kayaks and paddleboards into the bay. Nothing can be left on the beach overnight and all outside lights must be turned off. \-Please do not walk or let children play on the sand dunes. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, we had extremely stormy weather for our stay in this beautiful home. The driving rain kept us from enjoying the beach or the pool. But as I say, you can plan a vacation, but you cannot plan the weather. Dune Fine is a beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. If the sun were shining, I am sure there would be gorgeous views of the beach and the bay from the top floor/widows walk of the house. Dune Fine is furnished nicely, and the kitchen is very well stocked. My one suggestion for the kitchen would be to provide some dry measuring cups and measuring spoons. The house was clean when we arrived, and the linens smelled very fresh. Other than the weather, we did have a few hiccups along the way. The original set of keys would not open the doors, so we had to go back to the office for new keys. The picture of the pool deck shows 6 loungers but there are only 2\. We asked multiple times for at least one additional chair for use during our stay, but none were provided. I guess in the end, this really didn't matter due to the weather. The other thing of note, there is no elevator but lots of steps if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues. ##### Nancy B. This property is beyond well equipped with everything you need for a great time at the beach. From the new beach chairs and beach wagon to the well appointed kitchen you just need to show up and have a great time. The beds are super comfortable and you can’t beat the pool after a long day at the beach. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Day 1 :Upon arrival I noticed a ticket left from pest control for the property and found a bunch of dead roaches throughout the house. The oven did not work to cook dinner and we had to go out to eat after going to the grocery store to be able to cook at home with kids/family. Day 2: We started to discover live roaches in the home. Along with trash and debri left inside the home from previous renters. My kids kept finding "treasures". On the way to the beach for the 1st time my daughter was stung a few times by yellow jackets while walking on the provided beach path. Day 3: 2 door knobs fall off of exterior doors and they are so rusty that they almost cut your hand during operation. I was able to secure the door knobs after purchasing a screw driver from the local store. Day 4: Lightning struck the home 4ft away from where I was resting. Fire and sparks shot out of all the electrical sockets and switches in the crows nest. There was a strong burnt electrical smell. Power was out and the AC no longer worked in the home along with the internet. Several contractors had to make repeat visits to rectify the problem. AC and power were restored by late afternoon. Internet and the Oven were still broken. I was also stung by yellow jackets on the beach path 6 times. Day5: The oven was fixed finally. So we got to use it for the last 2 days. None of the pots and pans are in good condition making food prep and cooking hard. All teflon pans are scratched and have burnt on food from previous renters and bent making them useless. When I called to report these things I was told it is not their responsibility to inspect the property but the previous renters need to report things. If no one reports thing how could they know to fix them. Inspection?? I have never heard of this in the 30+ years of multifamily property management that I have personally. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our 6 member family. Great location to get anywhere and easy walk to the trading post and ice cream. Our boys loved the bunk beds and I liked having the other room close to the master where our baby slept. It was so nice that they had a pack n play available!! The pool was amazing. Perfect size and the kids loved the baby pool attached. I loved that it was fenced and I didn’t have to worry about the kids falling in. The distance to the beach is perfect and the views are good. There is one beautiful, but huge house on the beach that blocks the view for the sunset from the deck, but we just walked to the beach each night to see it. The path to the beach is a little awkward as there is a big electrical box right in front of the stairs (and the stairs make it a little hard for carts), but we managed and it’s so nice to be so close. The TVs were a little tricky, but didn’t really matter as we were outside 90% of the time. Overall it’s a wonderful house and we would definitely stay there again. ##### Laura B.
