PETS WELCOME
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 60lbs each. Dogs must be approved by owners and there is a $200 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking.

**Please note - the platforms only charge for 1 pet. If you’re bringing the max of 2 dogs, a fee request will be sent after booking for the 2nd pet fee of $200. Reservations will not be confirmed until all applicable pet fees are paid in full.**

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.

PARKING:
• 3-4 mid size vehicles parked in the gravel driveway
• A large boat will fit - please check with owner before booking
• A RV will fit with pre-approval from owner
• No street parking

THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah).

*IMPORTANT* We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. If you are not able to do that, then this is not the home for you. We do not tolerate any type of parties and if you're a night owl, this is not the home for you.

The entire house is yours!

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

The home has 2 ring cameras - one at the front door and another one at the side entry of the house facing the driveway/storage shed - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
