Very well equipped with cooking tools and utensils and tastefully furnished. Front door to beach in about 2-3 minutes. While there are two bedrooms upstairs the primary bedroom suite is on the main level. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners have done such a great job decorating. The couch is comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious, the shower pressure is great. We appreciated having a mudroom and separate laundry area. The walk to the beach is easy. We are a family of four with two teenagers and the floor plan and flow worked very well. Easy short walk to the beach. The buggy was helpful to transport beach gear. Very quaint neighborhood with pool. I hope the HOA will add sun shades or umbrellas at the pool.
