We have finally completed the rebuild with some nice upgrades! It is now ready for you to enjoy. We have doubled the outdoor living space at this home. Why have a beach front home and not be able to be outside in comfort and enjoy it? We have 2 screened in porches with special railings that let you enjoy the views as well as comfortable sun loungers and lifeguard chairs. We have an open ocean front deck with 2 grills (one gas and one charcoal) with a nice dining table and barstools overlooking the ocean. To the side we have a separate deck with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and get a tan. In addition, we have included a built in 6 person hot spa, where you can watch the waves, sunset and stars! And if that is not enough we have a beautiful raised boardwalk down to the water with a viewing bench and outdoor shower at the end! It does not stop there, now for the little ones or big kids we have fun and games under the house. It has a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pit, ring toss games, enclosed private outdoor shower as well as a picnic table and chairs. We have 4 kayaks (3 one seaters and a 2 seater) as well as 2 stand up paddle boards with oars and life vests. These are for you to use complimentary but you must sign a liability waiver. It was amazing. There was enough room for everyone with so many fun things to do. We spent everyday at the beach and loved it. There was so much room at the beach the kids spent a lot of time playing football or baseball. We spent nights crab hunting which was a lot of fun! This house has everything you need! So many toys to play with including the paddle boards and kayaks. Other than food you really don’t need to bring anything else. They have beach chairs and umbrellas. It was a very well stocked house. It was quiet and clean. Easy check in process. All the beach gear was appreciated although some of the chairs need replacing. Beach towels were nice as well. First night, there was no hot water. Turns out the breaker had tripped, so we turned it back on and had no issues. Easy to communicate with the owners and concierge. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Love that it is pet friendly as well. We had several people with us that had never been to the beach before, and this was a great experience for them. ##### Bailey B. It was clean when we got there, had plenty of “things” to do but also had the beach pretty much all to ourselves. We had a great time. This property was absolutely wonderful! We celebrated Christmas and it felt so much like home. Our stay could not have been anymore perfect. The location was remote while remaining very close to town for grocery and restaurant trips. The beach is VERY private and dog friendly. The house itself was extremely dog friendly with a plethora of baby/dog gates and hardwood floors making it easy to clean. The rooms slept so many more than we needed in the best way! Perfect for kids as they have their own room with a super cool loft area. Every room had its own respective bathroom in or nearby. We cannot brag on this property enough.
