This new, beautiful masterpiece is on the North Cape San Blas and occupies a double gulf front lot. The entry level welcomes you with plenty of parking, a spacious covered patio, outdoor kitchen, bath, shower and one of the larges inground pools in the area. The second level is made up of five private ensuite bedrooms and an expansive deck. Level three offers four more ensuites, a second living room and another huge deck. At the top level you will find an enormous open living, dining and entertainment space with soaring ceilings in the kitchen, large pantry, extra refrigerator, living, dining, game space and a huge bar area. This level comes with its own end-to-end deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The home is outfitted with quality full floors are serviced by an elevator and Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina. Bedrooms: This home was designed with eight king ensuite bedrooms. Each is outfitted with a walk-in closet, dresser storage and a smart TV. The second and third levels are the bedroom levels. Nestled right by the beach, boardwalk over dunes, outdoor shower to rinse off, swimming pool (with cool water). Spacious parking for the 3 boats for scalloping and fishing along with each families cars. We cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen that is set up like a dream. Watched the most gorgeous sunsets from the top balcony with cameras and a cold beverage in hand. The top floor is truly spectacular!! Open concept with lots of seating inside and out. After a long day it was the perfect place to gather with a large crowd and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. The bedrooms were equally dreamy to slip away in silence, each providing a view, privacy and its on bathroom. We all slept well in the very comfortable beds and woke rested each morning ready for another amazing day on The Cap. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous Home. Our entire family, all 14 of us, could not have been happier. Had a blast. Bathroom on ground level near pool (Finally a REAL POOL, not an oversized bathtub) terrific for the kids. Entire house so spacious. We could all enjoy each other's company comfortably in the main living room/kitchen area. Shoot you can about play bocce ball in there! And the full decks on every floor. Genius! Watching the fireworks from the top deck was really something. If we could only rent one home in our lifetime for a family vacation, this would be the one.
