My family stayed here over our Christmas break and we loved every minute. The huge porch was so nice to watch the sunrise and sunset. We didnt want to leave!!
The house was great could use some comfortable screened porch furniture. The fees from 360 Blue
were way too high. No refund on security deposit and did not need the vacation gear. Too much junk stuff.
Would not use 360 Blue again
The property is great. Just needs some comfortable screen porch furniture. Fees from 360 Blue are
way too high. No refund on security deposit. They could not tell us what one fee even was.

The bungalow was perfectly located in a quiet private neighborhood, foot steps to the beach. Upon arrival, the house was dirty. All the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms still had filth and toothpaste leftover from the previous guests. The house needs a deep clean. All the walls, doors, cabinets, all kitchen appliances had food and grime on them. The last thing I want to do on my vacation is clean a house I spent a lot of money renting. The main bathroom sink would not drain, and I had to call maintenance. They alleviated the issue but it was not a fix. The kitchen needs stocked with everyday essentials, lots of broken or missing items. Overall, the location was great but we would not rent this place again unless they did a deep cleaning of the whole house.
We enjoyed this property and the view is spectacular. The house is decorated super cute, even had several games there to help with the rainy days. House is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Loved the welcome package from the rental company too! Would definitely recommend and hope we can come back soon!

Great House! Beautiful view from screen porch!
This house is well maintained. Everything in working order. Furnished well. CLEAN!!! Would stay again. Recommend to friend & family. House is everything as described. Rented beach chairs, wagon, bikes. Delivered properly without problems. Only problem was bears in garbage, had to pick up garbage every morning. States in folder, will pick up excessive garbage. Called 4 times without success. The best restaurant near the house was Sand Bucket.
Had a great experience renting this property. The rental company was very good, we were able to have items delivered (bikes, Cornhole, chairs, umbrella etc...), which made packing much lighter. The house for the most part has been recently painted and updated. Very nice new decor. Great oceanfront screened in porch. My only complaint would be that the kitchen was lacking in the remodel. Especially at this price range. The appliances look as if they were updated somewhat recently, but the countertops and sink were pretty dated. Dishes & silverware were plentiful but mismatched and we had one semi sharp knife to cut everything. Overall we had beautiful weather and a great experience!

Great location to beach but needing some small touches to make a good property great.
Great location very close to the beach. 3 bedroom, 3 bath great for a family. Clean, good beds, linens, plenty in the kitchen to cook and serve, screened in porch with great view of the gulf. However....
The screen in the screen door was coming out when I arrived and only got worse as the week progressed. Paint peeling from the front door frame and every time you opened the door, paint flakes blew into the house. Most VRBO places have quite a few extras; cleaning supplies, spices, coffee filters, extra trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. Well, I left some of these items but didn’t have them when we arrived. As I stated, a good rental that with a few amenities could be a great one.
Best things about this beach house:
-Uncrowded beach! Only the folks living/vacationing in the Gulf Pines hood are on this beach. It’s nice. Like reeeeally nice. I hate crowds, especially a crowded beach. This was perfect.
-Mostly clean house. Little dusty on baseboards and top of rods/beds/lamps, but it’s a nonissue. I’m just a freak and notice all the small things that need to be cleaned. But the house is super functional and serves its purpose as a beach house.
Comfy beds. All the stuff you need for the kitchen. Dull knives need to be replaced though.
-It’s a super quiet area. Very peaceful. Family friendly. Just an awesome place. We feel like we discovered a hidden gem.
-My husband went fishing right from the shore. He caught several different types of fish, including a bonnet head shark. He did say the fishing is better in the bay where the waves are not bashing.
-The screened in porch is the bomb. No bugs (lots of bugs after sundown in mid-July, but none during the day), no sand, just a great place to relax and eat when not on the beach. Also breezy.
-The house is relatively close to other cool areas of exploration such as Mexico Beach/Shell Island, St. George Island, Appalachicola (cute shops there)—beware though! All the shops in Port St. Joe close at like 5/6. Every day. And not opened on Sundays. Even the bait and tackle shops close super early. That was frustrating, but what can you do.
Things that didn’t bother me but wish I had known:
-The water here at this house is murky. Maybe it was the time of year (I know nothing about the ocean in this way), but very murky. The waves were big most days. Perfect for boogie boarding. Super fun to take a kayak out on and ride back in. The pictures show turquoise water. Not so. Just FYI in case you’re looking for that certain clear, aqua water.
-This beach house does not provide ANY beach gear. In my experience, beach houses usually have chairs and kids’ toys and all that for you leftover from others or whatever. Not this place. It’s all locked up in the attached shed. So, just know you’re gonna need to bring it all. Also, the pics showed a lot of rockers and more chairs at the bottom deck, but those were locked up as well.
Overall, this place is fantastic. We would 100% return.
We loved our stay here! The house is great, the boardwalk and lower deck was a big bonus! The enclosed porch was used a lot!! The only complaint was the awesome furniture on the porch was filthy! The floor it there was also very dirty. That and the dryer does not shut off. We were very lucky we didn't have a fire the first night there as it ran almost all night!
We would definitely stay here again when in the area!
We loved this beach house. It was comfy for the four of us, so easy to walk out onto the beach. Dolphins, eagles and herons were in front of the house most days., which was a treat. The covered porch was perfect for puzzles and meals. Loved the pantry, especially since we brought all our food for the week. But the best part was the location. You can’t beat it!
The house was perfect with a screen porch large enough for all 7 of us to enjoy at the same time. It was located on a quiet stretch of beach perfect for families. Neighbors were friendly but relaxed and allowed for a wonderful, peaceful vacation! The water was much more murky at the house than we anticipated. (Just up the road on the Cape it was clear.) We asked several locals and got a variety of answers as to why that may be. We didn’t let it ruin our vacation though and still swam daily. Fishing from the shore was also enjoyed. Take advantage of the horse back riding on the beach! Great people and fun for any age!
Enjoyed this property very much. Very clean, plenty of space for everyone. Loved the big screened in porch and large deck below. Beach is beautiful and great unobstructed views from the house.

Perfect in Every Way
We love the quiet beauty and serenity of the area. The house has everything you need for comfort and relaxation. The colors of the house and furnishings flow with nature outside. We spent most of our time walking the beach and relaxing on the screened porch with our dog, Abby. Having a private boardwalk to the beach is a plus. This is the best place for us to forget “what day it is” and be completely at peace.
