DETAILS: When the beach and sea call, escape to Beacon Bella. This luxury 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom St. Joe Beach home sleeps up to 25 guests. There are plenty of coastal activities, local restaurants, and entertainment, thanks to nearby Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. Picture sun-drenched days of barbecues, swims in the private pool, colorful sunsets over the Gulf, and strolls to the beach—right across the street!  
  
The ground floor is the star of the home, starting with an enclosed private pool surrounded by 2 soft loungers and a row of chairs. Barbecue aficionados will love taking advantage of the Blaze grill and Big Green Egg kamado grill in the outdoor kitchen equipped with a side burner, sink, and beverage cooler. There’s room to dine alfresco at the picnic-style table, plus 4-stools at the kitchen bar. Be sure to bring a competitive spirit—there’s a cornhole set to the side! When it’s time to relax, sink into the cushioned patio furniture to watch TV or enjoy the outdoor fireplace as night falls.  
  
In the first-floor great room, large picture windows frame sweeping ocean views. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with Café appliances and a Ninja blender—perfect for mixing tropical frozen drinks. The laundry room features a second refrigerator and a convenient ice maker. There’s a built-in dining table for 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. In the living area, 2 matching couches and 2-barrel armchairs face a Roku TV, or guests can unwind on the spacious balcony with wicker furniture and an alfresco table.  
  
A secondary living space with a vast, furnished balcony awaits on the second level, alongside 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds and the luxurious primary bedroom. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, a private bathroom, 65†Roku TV, and balcony access.  
  
On the top floor, find a lounge space with a pool table and balcony, as well as 2 beautiful bunk rooms, each with 2 queen-over-queen beds and 2 twin trundle beds.

We had the best time at this rental! The views were breathtaking and the stairs were too! The host was prompt and courteous. We would rent this house again! It’s pretty new and could use a few more platters, pots and pans if you have a big crew that are planning to cook!

We recently stayed at Beacon Bella and while the home itself is beautiful, our experience was extremely disappointing due to poor management by 360 Blue/Natural Retreats.We were notified minutes before check-in that several key amenities (outdoor TV, fans, ice maker) were non-functional and would not be fixed during our stay. Despite 360 Blue’s partnerships with local vendors, no temporary replacements were offered.Worse, the home was not properly cleaned before arrival:•Trash left full, grill uncleaned, and food/ant debris by the pool,•Unwashed kitchenware and personal items from previous guests,•Hair balls in bathrooms, stains on walls, broken towel hooks.Given the 995 cleaning fee, this was unacceptable. Additionally, a pool technician entered the property unannounced, despite assurances we would be notified of any visits.We requested a fair refund to reflect these issues (among others not mentioned) but were only offered a minimal discount, which felt dismissive. The home has potential, but 360 Blue’s lack of communication, accountability, and guest care made for a very disappointing experience. Future guests should be cautious when booking with this management company.
