Pets are now considered in this home. Call with details. This home resides on the much-favored North Cape San Blas. The unobstructed gulf front vistas and large, private built-in pool and patio make "Fishlips" the perfect family beach retreat. There are very few gulf front homes with private pools in the area. The pool on this home is exceptional. You will not find another like it. The pool area has multiple chaise lounge chairs and an eating area that seats 6\. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. You will also find a full complement of beach toys and games, kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for use. This home checks all the boxes and much, much more! The living level of the house has a spacious living room, dining area with table that seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at a kitchen peninsula. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities; side by side refrigerator, two dishwashers, a beverage fridge, a professional ice maker and more (an additional side by side refrigerator is located on the entry level). The deck on this level has a screened in dining area that seats 8 and an open-air conversation sitting area that provides a venue for relaxing and taking in the exceptional view. There is a king guest suite on this level that has a jetted tub/shower combo. The third level has the master king suite with a double vanity, jetted tub and walk in shower. Our family and friends had a blast at Cape San Blas while staying at Fishlips! The house itself is in an area that is upscale and well-maintained. It is right on the beach, and in perfect position to view the dolphins, and even a couple of surfers! The pool is quite lovely although the weather did not permit swimming. Fishlips was spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were over the top beautiful…lots of hot water always The kitchen was well appointed with tons of space for food prep. We did have some difficulty getting the TV set up and working, but the manager was diligent in working this out for us as soon as possible. With easy beach access and a super large pool, our family enjoyed the water all week. The home is stocked with your needs for the week including gas grill for relaxing family dinners at home, TWO dishwashers, and ice maker, adorable beach dishes, and even beach towels.
