Loved the ease of the elevator without having to climb stairs. Short walk across the road to beach. Huge balcony with great beach views. Felt great to cool down in the pool. Covered parking for one vehicle and an area in the garage to store your fishing/beach equipment. Short walk (5 minutes) to ice cream and coffee shops. This condo is stocked! My bestie and I have rented many homes/condos and this was by far the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! Sometimes you feel like you have to bring your entire house with you and a car full of beach gear…not here! Floats, beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets/pillows, trash bags, laundry pods, the list goes on and on. I felt like we were actually sharing a friend’s home! The owner’s were SO RESPONSIVE! You could tell they were genuinely happy to have you share their place! This is a lovely apartment in Mexico Beach. It is quite large and has a beautiful 4th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. The sandy beaches are just across the street. The master bath is huge. All of the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. The location is near a variety of restaurants and other eating places.
