My experience at Sea Cliff Resort was horrible and very disappointing. The property desperately needs renovation and does not look the same as it appears on the website.
There was no telephone in the room, so it was difficult to contact the staff when something needed to be fixed. Even after reporting problems, no one came to take care of them. The swimming pool was dirty, and there were cracks in many areas, which made me feel unsafe.
Based on the poor condition of the property, lack of maintenance, and unresponsive service, I would not recommend Sea Cliff Resort to anyone.

I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. I hope Mr. Anderson trained the other staff to be kind and a problem solver thanks for a wonderful stay Mr. Anderson and you will see me again. The 3 bedroom house was.clean and nice very modern and up to date very nice place to stay.

I have never stayed at a hotel that reminded me of a great cruise. The Pegasus delivered something remarkably delicious..the most delicious food seemingly round the clock. Great beautiful property. It should be a world wide chain. Something so good should not be relegated just to Jamaica.
