Meander through the inviting from porch and enter this beach-side paradise to discover a sprawling living room completed by a large, Smart TV and comfortable furniture. The living room also includes a reclining easy chair. From the living room, step into your spacious kitchen and dining room. An abundance of counter space, new appliances, and ample seating make this fully stocked kitchen any cook’s dream!

Between the kitchen and dining room lies a large wine and coffee bar. The perfect addition for a great vacation! Just past the bar is an office space that includes a desk and chair.

This ocean-side oasis contains 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom holds a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a double vanity and walk-in shower with a low ledge and adjustable shower head. This bathroom is perfect for those with limited mobility. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and Smart TV. The second guest bedroom includes two twin beds. The full guest bathroom is located between both guest bedrooms and includes a shower/tub combo.

Step back through the living room and into the fully air-confitioned sun room to explore the most enticing features of the home! The sunroom, known as a Florida room, includes ceiling fans, air-conditioning, and outdoor furniture to offer shelter from the Florida heat and sun. Through the sun room head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to take in the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round! You can fit the whole group in this over-sized pool and expansive surrounding deck. The pool is heated seasonally but please be aware that although there is what appears to be a hot tub in the photos, there is no hot tub included and this is just an extension of the pool.

Plenty of outdoor seating and a grill make this backyard the perfect outdoor gathering spot. There are both shaded, cozy spaces to cool off from the sun as well as lounge chairs to soak it all in. The backyard includes a paved pathway that will take you to the main side walk which leads you to the public beach access less than a block away. This home truly backs right up to A1A so you can't get closer to the beach than this house unless you are oceanfront!

Please note this home allows for 2 vehicles maximum and there is no guest access to the garage. No trailers can be parked on-site but we'll be happy to refer you to an off-site parking company after booking, upon request. Guests coming for Bike Week and Biketoberfest can reach out us and the home owner will open up the garage for guests during those events, upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
