I love this house! Just a 10 minute drive from stores and restaurants and only 20 minutes to the beach. Our host , Susan, took care of us and answered text promptly. The house was well stocked with paper products and seasonings for cooking. Most houses only furnish enough to start and you have to bring your own to get through the week. The pots and pans were usable and not throw away pans from the owners permanent home like most properties. The pool was clean with plenty of towels and floats. I love that they didn't require a cleaning fee to use the gas grill. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. One of my all time favorites!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed everything about this home and the neighborhood. The owner was fabulous, check in was easy and the home had everything we could want. Enclosed backyard was our favorite spot with warm pool, outside dining, gas grill and fire table.

Wonderful Stay

We have a great holiday in a wonderful home. Prior to our stay we had a number of communications with Susan who was great and provided us with a lot of tips for the local area. The property was clean, and had everything that we could have wished for, and met our needs perfectly. The combination of wonderful property owners, an extremely well appointed home made for a delightful stay.

This home was in the perfect area to be in. Close to the airport, beach, restaurants etc. The home was plenty big for us and all our guests. Patio and pool area was great for entertaining. Susan was very quick to respond to any questions we had and fixed any problems we had very promptly. Would definitely go back to this area in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay for our family trip! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.One of our favorite parts was the beautiful warm pool—it was an absolute hit with everyone! We spent so much time out there, whether it was swimming during the day or just relaxing in the evening. It really made the trip feel extra special.The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made meals and family time so easy and enjoyable.Inside, there were thoughtful touches that made it feel like home, especially the games. We had so much fun sitting around playing Uno and just enjoying time together as a family—those are the moments that really made the trip memorable.The location was great, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet when we wanted to unwind. Susan was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again. Our 3rd stay in this house

This rental property is perfect all around! So well furnished with all the amenities you need. Plenty of towels, dishes, a new washer and dryer, etc. The pool area is the best with the heated pool and a covered lanai area that can be enjoyed during occasional rain. We went to the beach with provided umbrella and chairs and cooler. Very convenient to have. The owners are very accommodating and responsive to any questions. We have stayed here three times and will return!

Spruce Creek Fly-In Community

Lovely home in a quiet community. We enjoyed watching the planes every Friday night at the “Big Tree” . Great little restaurant at Spruce Creek airport also . Meals at Golf course were nice as well . Several golf courses nearby , and one within gated community. Plenty of room , for entertaining. Pool was heated , at a nice temperature. House is well stocked and comfortable . Our favourite area was by the pool , lots of shade also under covered patio . Owners were helpful and receptive . We rented a golf cart for our month long stay , which we enjoyed and used daily to tour the community . Easy drive from Sanford -Orlando international airport, which is smaller than Orlando airport. Daytona beach was easy 20-25 minute drive . Universal studios about an hour drive . Flagler beach is a beautiful stretch along coastal highway . Publix and all conveniences 5 mins drive away. Spruce Creek Fly-In community is a very friendly and unique community . Most of all we were happy to be able to bring our dog . Thank You for sharing your lovely home .

Great getaway!

The place was exactly as described! The gated community made it feel very safe and just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy as she was very responsive. Having beach items for the go made things easy for us with kids! Any issues we had we were able to speak to her directly about. Issues: The Nest AC kept reverting back to set eco temps of 74 in the house.. it was on a learning mode apparently which was annoying because it continued to get hot at night in the house. We did speak to her, and thought we had it adjusted, but it wasn’t worth bugging anyone about so no issue on our end. We love it cold while sleeping, so that’s just a personal preference. Only real hiccup was the info book in the house said the Pool person came on Mondays (so we didn’t stay in the pool this day) when in fact he comes Friday. He came in the middle of our family pool day, and we had to get out for 4 hours and find something else to do. Everything else with the stay was great and we enjoyed the hospitality!

The home was beautiful the pool was amazing and very clean spent a lot of time at pool area just lounging.The home was in a very safe area. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need it was perfect . The pool area has a grill and we had a 4th of July cook out.The pictures do not show how beautiful the home actually is.The Host was amazing one of the best I have ever encountered she went out and beyond and quickly responded to any request or questions I had she was amazing.I will definitely recommend this home to anyone it truly made our family vacation dreams come true.
