It has been fully updated to include a lovely kitchen, three bedrooms on the main level, and a renovated attic space with 4 twin beds. It also has spacious areas to entertain and relax while on vacation. POC has is much to offer and we are excited to have you as our guests!
Master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed , Wi-Fi streaming enabled large TV, and an on suite bathroom. Middle bedroom has a full bed with vanity. Front bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and Wi-Fi streaming enabled large TV as well.
Master bathroom has access to the front porch as well as newly updated vanity and restored tub with shower with plenty of fresh linens available
Main living room has large TV and game table space for entertaining with a make down couch for extra sleeping.
Front bathroom has walk-in shower and updated vanity and fixtures
Upstairs renovated attic has plenty of room to bunk. Kids love this area especially with their own streaming TV!
Kitchen includes all new appliances, Keurig Coffee bar, and stocked with all the utensils you would need to make a meal for a crowd. Also it includes an eat in breakfast island.
Laundry area features a brand new stack washer and dryer combo with a restored multipurpose utility sink.
Closed in front porch has plenty of sunshine and room to gather. With a picnic table that seats 8-10 people, this is the perfect space for family meals. As well as two seating areas at each end of the porch for visiting.
