2 bedroom unit with wonderful views

This 2 bedroom apartment has a bright and airy north east aspect with ocean views all the way up the coast. Situated on a quiet street within a security building on the 3rd floor (no lift).

Only 2.4km from town centre and only 500m to Flynn's Beach, local restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store and bottle shop.

The living area is bright and airy, with awesome views and tastefully decorated with ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioner. A fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, full sized fridge, means you can self-cater as much – or as little – as you like.

Enjoy a pre-dinner drink on your private balcony taking in the wonderful view. The property also includes free Wi-Fi.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with ceiling fan and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with ceiling fan. All linen is included.

There is a modern bathroom with shower, bath tub and toilet. Internal laundry with washing machine and security parking for one car (195cm height limit). The property
