Built in 1973, the home features private stairs leading directly to the beach, perfect for morning strolls, beachcombing, or simply relaxing by the water. Ideally situated, it’s just minutes from the scenic Port Ludlow Golf Club and full-service Port Ludlow Marina, while outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate nearby Shine Tidelands State Park and the breathtaking Olympic National Park, both offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. \-- Living Room -- Features a cozy seating area, a functional fireplace, and a Smart TV suitable for streaming your favorite movies and shows. \-- Kitchen -- Well-equipped with all necessary appliances for preparing meals. The land was beautiful and the view of the water was beautiful. However, it is a misnomer to say that there is water access when I tried to walk down several of the steps I started to slip because they are so slippery and damp this time of year it really would be easy for the owners to put nonslip strips on all of the stairs otherwise it’s just not worth risking descending this steep slippery stairs to try to get to the beach and that was a big disappointmentThe house was very comfortable wonderful spaces outside for people who could be there when the weather would allow outdoor seating around the fireplace, etc.The other thing that was a little bit strange and would be nice if it was updated as there was no freezer in the refrigerator.
