"The suite was new clean awesome location right on lake , owner was fantastic with helping checking in and electronic door . We came to visit kids and grandkids so the suite was big very accommodating , extremely comfortable to visit in , all appliances we new and clean fully stocked with dishes pans and everything came with coffee laundry soap for huge washer and drier in apartment, just all out absolutely fabulous stay for the week. Could not have asked for better will ask to stay only here again when we return . Extra bonus that we did not use but available , owner also rents cars as well . Again great place to stay any time of the year."

"This is by far the most thought out rental property we've stayed in. Thank you for thinking of literally everything and a small 4th of July surprise was the icing on the cake! I would recommend to anyone staying on Kodiak who needs a family space!"

"The space was small but comfortable with everything we needed. The informational page on the table was helpful with tips such as that the shower takes a few minutes to warm up. It’s about 1 mile to downtown so we walked and were able to see all we wanted to see. My only negative was that we visited in July and the curtain for the front door let in a lot of light. The windows had better light blocking curtains and I wish the door did too (especially since it’s in the same room with the bed)."

"We really enjoyed the property. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Our flight landed early in the day and we took a chance asking for early check in. Stephen responded immediately that we could check right in. It was an amazing feeling after a long night of traveling. We had zero issues. Kitchen had a lot of pots, pans, dishes. I cooked every night and was able to adapt well with what was available. Would definitely book again."
