  • A small 1-bedroom home nestled on the hill above the harbor. Climb aboard and get cozy in this beautiful older village home. Feels like a private getaway in the heart of town. ‘Anchor up’ & find warm Alutiiq art and other cultural accents throughout. Includes everything a single or couple needs to help you stay comfortable & relax during your stay in Kodiak.

    The space
    The small one-bedroom house has 2 single luxury beds, a full kitchen, living room with large window looking out toward the harbor, full bathroom, entryway, washer & dryer & comfortable amenities to make yourself at home. This home is in close proximity and walking distance to downtown.

    Guest access
    There's parking in front and you'll access the home from the old boardwalk that connected the homes of the old village before the ‘64 tidal wave. You’ll have the whole house to yourself.

    Other things to note
    If you are traveling in a group or with another couple consider booking with ‘Old Hillcrest BnB’ which is located directly behind ‘Fisherman’s Cove BnB’ and you’ll feel comfortably close to your friends yet have your own house.
