The property is brand new. The decor and furnishings were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed for all your needs. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Enjoyed the property very much.

My son and I stayed here over the weekend of June 26. We really enjoyed it. It looked like the units were brand new. Very nicely furnished - it even had a washer and dryer. Clean and comfortable! There is a small covered deck off the door to the unit. It was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. The bedrooms have high-quality blinds that blocked out the light. That’s a big issue if you know about Alaska in the summertime! We will stay there the next time we visit Kodiak!

This property was new and everything was clean. Being brand new a few items were still needed. Toilet paper holder in bathroom and some sort of towel hooks in bath. Kitchen needs microwave and some sort of toaster. Place was great!!

By far the best place I’ve stayed at during my years of traveling. Even the carpet was comfortable. Pleasant view, modern appliances, reclining sofa. I’ll come back for sure next time I’m staying in Kodiak

This suite is beautiful and quiet, and fully supplied with dishes, cookware, dish soap, etc., everything you need to feel like a home away from home. Extremely convenient for those like myself who travel for work. Exceptional value!
