Enjoy exclusive access to a private pontoon and a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from popular attractions like Shark Cage Diving, Swim with the Tuna, Swim with the Sealions, and the Marina Hotel, Leisure Centre, and boating facilities. Guests will also have continental breakfast supplies provided for their convenience. \*Note: Outside Pets only allowed at this property\* The open-plan living area features a spacious built-in bar that seamlessly connects to the lounge and dining spaces, with easy access to a private undercover entertaining area. Large front windows frame stunning views of the marina waterways, allowing you to relax in your lounge chair or dine in comfort while taking in the scenery. Downstairs, the well-equipped kitchen boasts ample bench space and a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Upstairs, you'll find three generously sized bedrooms. A lovely surprise to find bacon and eggs and so many other necessities provided for our use. We enjoyed a beautiful daily coastal walk and use of the 2 kayaks. The property is very well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Port Lincoln. The house was very spacious and the beds (one per person) very comfortable. Adam provided us with eggs and bacon for breakfast (a nice surprise) plus the pantry was well stocked.
