Welcoming townhome in Laguna Vista perfect for your next getaway

This memorable townhome is the perfect home base for your trip to Laguna Vista and South Padre Island Texas. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you want to unwind or stay active, the fitness room and Two pools offer a cool spot to keep moving. A hair dryer is also provided for added convenience. This amazing townhome combines comfort and practicality to make your stay truly enjoyable. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Relax, have fun, enjoy being in a gated community that is quiet, has two pools, full gym access and you can even play a round of golf! We have it all!
The outdoor patio space backs up to a common ground backyard for outdoor games. Also features a nice fire pit to enjoy in the evenings after a long day at the beach. We have partnered with a local experienced guide and offering $100 off a great fishing experience on the bay.
Fishing stays consistent all year round! Come fish with us for species such Redfish,
Trout, Black drum, Flounder, Snook, Mangrove snapper and Sheepshead.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The house was spotless and clearly very well cared for. The owners were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone. We’d happily stay here again!
