"The location is safe and quaint. It’s staff and very polite and helpful. It’s very clean and the breakfast options are very good. The room is large and everything you need. They need to advertise their air conditioning is season dependent as when I went it was hot and the room air con was turned off and I was told it wouldn’t work until 1 June. Therefore I had to sleep with the window open which meant a lot of noise from different things. I perhaps would not have chosen the hotel had I known the air con was not going to work as i didn’t sleep well because the room was to hot. "

"The room was small but perfectly adequate. Kitchen is OK, good microwave. Plenty of utensils though luckily I am tall as everything was in a high cupboard. Very nice little patio outside and the hotel is a short walk to both a Carrefour supermarket and Gold Beach. Good choice."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Bayeux. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Bayeux. Bayeux itself is in easy driving distance to all the Normandy D-Day locations. The staff could not have been friendlier. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. Our only negative was we could hear the water flowing down pipe from the upstairs rooms. If you need parking, make sure to book with your reservation as they only have about 5 spaces on site. Don't expect a space to be available if you do not pre-book. "
