The hotel is in the perfect spot to explore the Normandy Beaches. The view of Omaha Beach is spectacular, so make sure to schedule time in your afternoon / evening to relax and enjoy.

The location of Hotel Du Casino, above Omaha Beach, was amazing and the view of the beach and the English Channel was incredible. The room was small and a bit dated. The breakfasts were quite good as well. The staff was friendly and helpful but you should know French if you stay there. Also, having a car is a must as most services are about 15 miles away.

Perfect place for reflection. Right at Dog landing spot and memorials on Omaha Beach. Good restaurant and bar with great views. We rode the train from Paris and rented a car. We stayed two nights and needed one more.!

This place was everything and more. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The view of the beach was breathtaking, the service was great and the parking was free. I would recommend updating the rooms a little. As an experienced traveler I would recommend changing the carpet and making the rooms a little lighter inside. I like the old world ambiance but the stained carpet and dark walls was very outdated Being able to open the windows and hear the waves was peaceful. The breakfast was very good too. Special thanks to the front desk woman who let us eat early. This hotel was amazing and priced very reasonable. The area is beautiful and the stay was something I will always remember.

Ett bedagat hotell som skulle må bra av renovering, det var inte så charmigt som det har potential att vara. Läget är bra med fantastiskt utsikt över Omaha Beach. Personalen var trevlig och det var rent.

Ruta desembarco Normandia

Hotel muy bien ubicado para hacer la ruta del desembarco de Normandia. La recepción del hotel no esta atendida, ya que el personal esta en el bar dando las comidas o cenas. Personal amable, el desayuno no merece la pena cogerlo, no ponen nada mas que cafe expresso y 3 lochas de jamon york y unos trozos de pan por un precio cada uno de 12€. La comida del restaurante tampoco merece la pena y ademas es caro. Merecen la pena las vistas desde la habitación

Pas d'eau chaude au second étage! Difficile à accepter pour 155€ la nuit! Dommage. Sinon très belle vue sur la plage.

If Omaha Beach is where you want to be, I couldn’t imagine a better location. The view is amazing, and no other hotel has anything like the view to match it. I will be encouraging all my friends and family to stay at the Hotel du Casino. Oh, and the French-style breakfast was good too. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived we discovered that restaurant was already fully booked for the evening, so we didn’t get to try it out.

Perfect with one exception

Everything was perfect - the only reason that I have not given full marks for comfort and condition is that there was no hot water from the shower. Otherwise, it was a comfortable room with a superb view across the beach. The fruits de mer was amazing!

Hotel position is magnificent room very clean and comfortable couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant because kitchen was inflexible ie vegetarian menu very limited in the brassiere only two options

Hotel on Omaha beach

Right on beach in Vierville-sur-Mer by national guard monument where 29th infantry landed. Clean rooms with ocean view. Not real crowded in the area. 10 minute drive to American cemetery east and 20 minutes west to pointe du hoc.
