You’ll enjoy holidays on the deck of this three-bedroom home. Surrounded by native trees and quiet areas in the garden to sit and reflect. The Space: The living and dining area is open plan with seating for six. In the kitchen you will find a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Split system air conditioner is located in the lounge area. Off to the side of the dining is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom one has a queen bed and wall mounted TV. Bedroom two includes a queen bed. Bedroom three has two single beds. Modern bathroom with shower over bath and free-standing basin. Separate toilet. High chair and baby cot for guest use. The backyard is fenced with a grassed area and an undercover pavilion with a timber outdoor setting and a BBQ. Use the outdoor shower when you return from a day at the beach. There are two gravel driveways with gates, which would accommodate a couple of cars or car and boat.
