Delightful 3 bedroom cottage in Sherkson Shores beach Retreat!

  • Welcome to Forest Grove #52! This 3 bed, 1 bath home has room for the whole family! Your next vacation awaits! Located close to the park amenities, you will be steps away from the Funplex, Boston Pizza, convenience store, and all the sports courts! The kitchen/dining/living room combo is open concept and spacious. The large deck has room for to enjoy some outdoor living!

    MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. NO PARTIES .
    All garbage have to be removed and the cottage have to returned in its original condition, clean/ no damage
    The space Rental includes the following features and use of:
    • A full Kitchen with Gas Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Small Appliances, Kitchen utensils, pots/pans and dishes.
    • Central Air Conditioning/Heat/ fan
    •Barbeque/ propane tank included
    • Firepit (firewood available for purchase at resort store)
    • Wifi throughout the Park
    • Flat Screen TV .
    • All you need to bring is your bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, food and toys/games that you and your family enjoy.
    No smoking inside the cottage. no pet inside cottage or on deck.

    .A $17 per person resort fee is required for age 6 and up.
    Guest access
    The purchase of wristbands for pool access is required. Passes can be purchased in person at the welcome centre.

Enjoyable Canada Day weekend

Stayed with my wife and 3 boys. Our daughter and her husband and their kids rented close by and we had a wonderful time. Our rental was clean, had lots of space for our needs, and was located close to the entertainment area. The golf cart was an extra benefit which helped to get us around the resort. Overall good.

Family friendly but required lots of cleaning

The location was good. Walking distance to the arcade, food trucks, convenience store, tennis courts, water park etc.. Beaches were nearby, and clean. However, the cottage was quite dirty. Past guests left food in the oven, chips in between bowls inside the cupboard, floors were sticky, tub drain had hair and slime, small pet hairs were on the mattresses and sofa, BBQ was dirty. Much of our first evening was spent cleaning and disinfecting the place. The owner was in communication with me the whole time and explained the use of new cleaners. Sitha sent someone to clean the BBQ the following day - in order for us to be able to use it. She has also offered a partial refund to the cleaning fee - which I have not received yet, but hope to soon. Despite the lack of cleanliness, our family enjoyed our time at the resort.
