- This spacious corner lot provides plenty of room for a large boat or jet skis. Walk into a cathedral, open floor plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, interior laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, an oversized lanai for entertaining and dining, front and backyard outdoor patios, and full privacy fenced in backyard. The bedrooms provide a king, queen, and two twin sized beds. The spacious master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a tiled shower with bathtub. With kayaks, bicycles and fishing poles also provided, this vacation home is ready for you to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast of Florida. The Harbour Heights location is a Peace River waterfront community. The nearby Harbour Heights Park offers a new playground, covered pavilion with barbecue grills, fishing pier, canoe/kayak launch, public boat ramp, lighted tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and is a short distance to the Port Charlotte Beach Complex and community pool. This well maintained complex is ideally located close to downtown historic Punta Gorda, shopping, and restaurants.
