Everything you need and nothing you don't. The place was nice, quiet and clean. It's surrounded on a couple sides by uncleared lots. I really liked that added seclusion and the view across the wild greenery. My little dog LOVED the fenced yard and especially trotting up and down the stairs next to the banana trees. We really enjoyed the less busy beach about 4 miles up the road off Boat Rd. The owner was also helpful and friendly- he called me immediately when I sent a message inquiring about food delivery. (Bring your own, or plan to go out!) This was a business planning trip for me- next time I'll bring my husband and enjoy the place in a more leisurely way! ##### Cara G. I think it needs some work to unstick it. The 2nd was dead roaches on tge floor. There was a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The air vent was very dirty. The house pictures are true to the space. There were lots of pots and pans. The house is cute, a great location to the ferry and I believe with some attention it will be fine. We didn’t stay as my husband has a lung condition and the vent made the air vent questionable. I did notify the owner that we were not staying and why. He never responded. ##### Joanne D. The house and the decor were really cute. Chris was very attentive to our needs. My dog really enjoyed her stay. The fenced in yard was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet making our trip very relaxing. The beach access is exactly one mile down the road. All in all it was a nice stay. ##### Tisha B. The location is really close to fishing areas and beach areas. Very quiet if you don’t count the birds.
