Welcome to Pelicans Landing! This home is very convenient with its direct beach access and less than a 3-minute walk to the beach. This home sleeps 7 and features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an open concept living and kitchen.

Primary bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted smart tv and an en suite that offers a large vanity, garden tub and a walk-in shower.

Guest room features a queen bed, Twin/Twin Bunk Bed and a wall mounted smart tv.

Guest Bathroom has Tub/Shower combo.

The living room offers a couch and love seat, plus a day bed for extra sleeping. You will love the open floor plan and beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining table for 4 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Large laundry room with front load washer and dryer.

Outside you will find outdoor furniture to enjoy your morning on the covered deck. Downstairs includes a gas grill and outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a perfect day at the beach.

Primary Bedroom (King), Bedroom 2 (1 Queen + Twin/Twin Bunk), Extra Sleeping (Living room - Twin DayBed). Primary Bath (Large Vanity, Garden Tub and Walk-In Shower), Guest Bath (Tub/Shower Combo).

BEACH ACCESS: Located on beach access road.

I would definitely come back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Great Stay at Pelicans Landing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Very spacious for our family of 6. Beds were comfy, house was clean. The only thing we could even “complain” about is the kitchen lacked cooking pots/pans/etc. We made it though, with what was there.
