RV is perfectly sized for a couple or small family looking for a peaceful get-a-way or vacation. The RV has one private bedroom w/ a queen sized bed and upgraded comfy mattress for a good nights sleep. There is also a fold out sofa (full size), a dinette that makes into a bed for children and a reclining love seat. Also a full bathroom w/ large shower, full kitchen w/ amenities and a very large lot for parking, playing or relaxing. It's perfectly located by several good food options as well as an awesome coffee / food truck (Hughston's Hot Spot). The RV was a comfortable size and everything was clean when we arrived. I only have 3 complaints, one of which is no fault to the owner, but I think is important for future renters to know about. Starting with that, the mosquitos were horrendous. When we arrived, a swarm was stirred up by driving through the grass to get to the parking area. When I went to get the key, I was bitten no less than 20 times. Again, no fault to the owner here,but had I known the mosquitos were going to be so bad, I would have made a different decision. I understand there is a "season" for mosquitos on the peninsula, so perhaps keep that in mind. As for the other two complaints, simply put, none of the outlets in the RV worked and when I tried to reach out to the host there was no information relayed about how to get the power turned on. It's unfortunate because there was correspondence when we arrived for check-in. ##### Josh C.
