You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Gorgeous house. Sleeps 24.

Sleeps 24. Linens furnished and beds are made. Excellent location. 2-minute walk to The Big Store. Located 1/2 block from restaurants and market on Bolivar. 5-minute walk to the beach. The bar area under the house is great for entertaining. After a day at the beach use the enclosed shower below the house to wash off sand. Car access to the beach just down the street.
Must be 25+ to book (no booking for someone else). Pets must be okay`d by owners prior to stay. There is a pet fee. Please include your pets when you book. Respect your neighbors. Noise ordinance after 10:30. Smoking allowed outside ONLY, and all cigarette butts must be put in provided butt cans. Any butts on the ground will result in additional cleaning fee. EV charging is not permitted. See our Rental Agreement for other rules.
