we really enjoyed our stay during 4th of July. This side of beach was clean and quite compare to other side, not much of vehicle traffic on the beach. Houses were clean and modern. all equipments were very functional. Good houses for Family reunion. I would go back and stay. Only suggestion is to have bridge between 2 houses for family access from beach side porches. install gate on each side for single house rental
