Our stay at this Crystal Beach house was incredibly frustrating. Major advertised amenities did not work: the living room TV was broken, there was absolutely NO Wi-Fi, and the microwave kept shutting off mid-use. We were promised garage access but were denied it upon arrival. The kitchen has almost no supplies, so you must bring your own cookware and utensils.Communication is broken; their text system and rental app do not sync, causing major confusion. To top it off, checkout was miserable. The cleaning crew hovered at the door at 9:59 AM. Even after telling them they could go in at 10:01 AM, We finished loading our cars in the driveway feeling completely unwelcome. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
