You Must be 25 Years of Age or Older to Rent. Casa Chillax is pet-friendly with a $200.00 non-refundable fee. There is also a fenced-in area for your pets and kids to play. Casa Chillax has a completely stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite family meals. Coffee drinkers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and a Keurig machine. The living room has comfortable seating for you and your guests. There is WiFi for your convenience to stream your favorite movies, TV shows, or to stay connected with friends and family. The well-appointed bedrooms offer cozy beds and tasteful decorations, creating a soothing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a king and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen. The kids will love the bunk room, bedroom three, with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. At the end of the hall, you will find a "bunk nook," the fourth bedroom, with a twin/twin. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Imagine sitting on the spacious deck watching a glorious sunrise, while sipping your coffee with seagulls calling "good day" to you! Downstairs, you will find lots of gathering space around the Tiki Bar or picnic table while delicious entrees are grilled on the charcoal pit. Once you are ready to spend some time at the beach, it's a short walk, golf cart, or dive away! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long, fun day at the beach! This is the perfect place to "chill" and call home on your family vacation. Crystal Beach sometimes experiences power outages, but at Casa Chillax, you will not have to worry. This home has a generator that can supply the entire house with power. You will be so "chillax-d" that you will not want to leave! Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need: 1 roll of paper towels 3 white kitchen trash bags 2 dishwasher tab (if applicable) 2 laundry tab (if applicable) 1 small dish soap 1 dish sponge 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom Small bar hand soap per bathroom 1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath 1 beauty bar per bath Small salt and pepper Small cooking oil There will also be a bath towel set for each guest Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen! My boys loved the bunk room with the stairs. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and great shower in the master! One recommendation would be to stock the kitchen a little better (pans, utensils, etc) Being that crystal does not offer many restaurants, it would be great to have adequate pans/platters to serve, take food off the grill, etc. We did have a minor issue with the septic tank, but our property manager handled it quickly and efficiently. The house is beautifully decorated, and we plenty enough space for our family of 5\. Thanks for sharing your home with us, and we definitely recommend this property! ##### Misty R. Property was new, clean and just as shown in the pictures. Master bath had walk in rain shower. Master had lighted crown molding for ambience. The beds were comfy. The decor was modern and inviting. The deck was a great place to relax. We loved the outdoor shower and the BBQ area, although the grill hadn’t been emptied of coals or cleaned in some time. The kitchen had mostly everything you needed. No complaints about the house or the neighbors. The houses adjoining the property and in front are well kept and luxurious. The entrance into the neighborhood tells a different story. But don’t let that unattractive subdivision entrance sign and the first few lean to’s fool you. There are some very nice homes in here and it was quiet. It was about a 3 block walk to the beach, so either bring a wagon or rent a golf cart. We were able to build a fire on the beach and had s’mores. It was the perfect 4 day get away for our family. We would come back. ##### Jeff M. The only issue we encountered was when we went to check if the windows were all locked to call it a night, the first night. Some wouldn’t shut. I emailed and texted the contact information of the information book they leave out for you and didn’t get a response until the next day at 5pm. One of the windows was the kids room so the kiddos had to sleep with us, which after a long day of driving was not fun for them or us. Thankfully the problem was fixed but the lady that contacted me sounded frustrated with me. Other than that, the amenities were great! And watching the sunrise was beautiful. This was a great beach house and had a backyard for the pup! It was very clean and had great neighbors! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Jaclyn T. The house is perfect with lots of amenities. This island requires a bring your own fun attitude. Super laid back and not commercialized. We had so much fun!! Our only hiccup was a “boil water” advisory that the neighbors told us about around 9am. The management company set us a text at 3pm that same day. We texted back and asked if they would let us know when it was over, they said yes and then we never heard another thing from them. With that being said we went into Galveston for the day and I thought I left my straightener plugged in. Called the management company to ask if they could check to make sure it was unplugged and they did. Will we come back? Absolutely!! Tell Craig (neighbor) we said hi!! The Kuhnen’s ##### Tim K. Beautiful property. 3 streets fro quiet beach. Store in town had everything we needed. House was spacious and perfect for our family. There were 7 of us. We will come here again. Property managers super helpful. No issues with property at all.
