    2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)
    FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place).


    10-20% INCREASE APPLIED TO RATES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK AND CERTAIN EVENTS.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Breeze Easy was in a great location, very clean, well kept and had all the amenities. Even better, the home has a fenced yard, which is very nice for pets are small children. We would definitely recommend and stay here again ourselves.
