Biscayne Blue Paradise - BEACH FRONT/LARGE DECK/GATED

This beautiful beach front home is located in The Biscayne sub-division. Great views, great location, and plenty of rooms. Sleeps up to 12 in 4 kings and 4 full-sized beds. This exclusive privately gated community sits half way between the ferry landing and Crystal Beach.

This home is located in the most desirable and hottest spot on the peninsula. It is surrounded by luxurious homes at a very quiet and family friendly beach. Just sit back and relax on the deck or enjoy the breathtaking view in the comfort of air conditioning inside this open concept home.

Sleeps up to 16 persons comfortably, in beds. Downstairs has two bedrooms with a king sized bed and a private bathroom in each. Upstairs has four rooms and sharing one bathroom. Two rooms with king sized bed and access to the upper deck. The other two have 2 full-size beds in each. The powder room is located on the main floor. The beach shower is on the ground floor and it has hot water.

Great family vacation

We heard several times that this house was the best location and layout from our grown children. They had bedrooms upstairs for their children who were able to sleep while we played games downstairs. Great beach - quiet, hardly any fellow beachcombers. Our first time to visit TX beach was a great success!

Amazing for big groups

We have stayed in a lot of rentals with a large group over the years. This place was the best we have stayed at before. There was plenty of room to eat and lounge. It didn’t feel cramped. The beach was close and really kid friendly. Shallow and warm water. We spent hours at the beach. The house was clean and well stocked with pans. The house was as pictured and better than we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a relaxing week all the way around! Nice private neighborhood, quiet with beach access. House was roomy and comfortable and provided all the creature comforts we needed. Communication was great with the homeowner and they kept us well informed of status of the power and condition after the hurricane leading up to our arrival.

Great holiday beach vacation

We celebrated a belated Christmas with our family of 9 (3 kids ages 4, 6, and 7). The house and location were perfect for our celebration. We enjoyed the many bedrooms, the large open family room for gathering, meals, games and opening presents. All with spectacular views. It was an easy walk to the beach and most often had it all to ourselves. We would definitely like to return!

We all enjoyed our stay! 4 adults and 6 kids (11, 11, 8, 8, 5, 4). The accessible beach was very clean and nice! The only inconvenient part for our group was the through traffic and our littles. The doorknobs are tricky but come with thorough instructions. Overall great experience!

AMAZING!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and it won’t be our last. We had 14 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was great, he even called to make sure we got all of the information to check in. Getting to the beach was easy, we did rent golf carts but also walked a couple of times. We can’t wait to go back!

Great house - Wonderful beach

This is the fourth time my family has stayed here and we keep coming back because of the amazing location of the property and this well-appointed beachhouse that fits our entire family so nicely. The beach is just a quick walk past two houses and down the boardwalk, but you also have a fantastic unobstructed view from the very large back porch - which is amazing while you're drinking coffee in the morning watching the sun come up. One of my favorite things about this beach location is that the water is extremely shallow for quite a ways out, so the grandkids - even the young ones - can get in the ocean and play without it getting too deep for them. This trip in particular we ran into some weather with hurricane Beryl, and although we were free to leave we decided to stick it out and had a great time. The host was amazing keeping us updated with weather information and everything we needed to get through the week with all the goings on that come after a hurricane. He went over and above and I can't thank him enough for reaching out and being available whenever we needed something. This house is a great choice to enjoy the Texas coast.

Great Weekend Stay

We loved hanging out here. Girls trip (The VIVA Godsisters) came in celebration of a Platinum Jubilee Birthday. This spot was just what we needed...relaxation....downtime and great company. We had every cooking tool or appliance needed as well as sufficient towels and appropriate bedding. Additionally, the host was very courteous and responded quickly to any requests. We are looking forward to another stay here :-)
