House has three full bathrooms. Two at the main level and one on the ground floor with outdoor shower. The home was everything it was advertised to be. We didn't have to leave in our four day stay as it had everything we needed and more. Renting a golf cart will be a game changer, if you plan on taking a lot to the beach or if you forget something back at the house. Baher was very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose. The beach house is beautiful and is in a great location. (It’s close to the ferry.) The gated community is very quiet. There’s a downstairs queen bedroom/bathroom that’s only accessible from downstairs, which is nice if you want some extra privacy! The beds were soooo comfortable! The beach access wasn’t too far at all (maybe 4 or 5 houses down) but with 4 kids and all the things we had to carry, we ended up buying a permit at a gas station for each car to park on the beach. So much easier haha! We sat on the deck at night and it was amazing. There were so many stars! The host was incredibly nice and called us at 4 to make sure we got in ok! Our family of 11 made lots of wonderful memories and had the best time! We highly recommend this beach house!!! ##### Jennifer G. The place was well advertised, we were able to plan out where everyone was going to sleep. The beach house had a room with 2 triple bunk bed...such a great idea for families on vacation so that everyone can bond and be together. They even have board games, cards, and other activities for entertainment. The subdivision was secluded that our family was able to enjoy the beach on labor day weekend without the crowding. The place was clean but because of the season, mosquitos and bugs were everywhere, so plan ahead! The host, Max, gave updates prior to our scheduled check in about everything we needed to know; from check in process, wifi password, check out, then followed up with us after our stay! The families we had visiting is considering renting this property again later this year.
