Sip your coffee or a cocktail in the shade, unplug from the daily grind, and make some easy memories with family or friends. We’ve got games, a pellet grill, and plenty of flags to fly. You choose which flag to fly, we\`ve got tons. This home has three bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a room with two twin-over-twin bunks. The spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to relax or cook meals. You’ll also have access to a laundry closet. Enjoy the top deck with great views and seating, unwind on the downstairs patio, and find more games, seating, and a firepit in the garage—perfect for evenings together. You’ll have access to the entire house during your stay, except for any locked closets, which are reserved for owner storage and cleaning supplies. Please also avoid accessing the attic. All other spaces—including bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, patios, and garage—are yours to enjoy. Local shops, restaurants, and the ferry to Galveston are all a short drive away, so you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. Please note: A security deposit pre-authorization hold of $300 is required. You’ll receive a secure guest portal link after booking to enter your card info.
