It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. We're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : \- A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and fireplace \- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) \- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Shower room \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: \- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather \- A lovely 400 m² garden, private and fully enclosed The house is ideally located in Denneville, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: \- Nearest train station: Valognes, 35 km away (about 35 minutes by car) \- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 115 km (about 1 hours by car). You'll need a car to enjoy the region to the full.
